What's your story?

Veteran-owned  ||  Local Small Business  || 10-years Industry Experience  ||  Licensed and Insured

As a veteran-owned business, we run things with a code of honor, integrity, and discipline. That’s something you won’t always find in the hustle-and-bustle of those nationwide chains. Our priority is protectin' your home, not padding our pockets.

Our reputation means everything. Every customer we serve has the power to make or break our name, so you better believe we go the extra mile to do things right. We’re not trying to get through as many homes as we can in a day like the big guys—we’re focused on making sure your home is pest-free, safe, and sound.

What pests do you handle?

Scorpions, rodents, termites, pigeons, stinging insects, and other Sonoran Desert pests found in residential, business, and commercial properties in greater Phoenix, Arizona. See details on our Pest Services page and in our Pest Library. Give us a holler to discuss your specific needs.

Are you Licensed & Insured?

TRAIN STATION PEST, LLC doing business as TRAIN STATION PEST ELIMINATION is licensed under the Arizona Department of Agriculture, Business License Number: 10465.

Can I get a free estimate?

A pest elimination estimate is part of our Free General Pest Inspection process and is provided after a thorough assessent of your home or business space for current pest issues, risks and vunerabilites.

What services should I consider?

Typical pest control services fall into several broad categories including, but not limited to: Inspection; Vunerability Evaluation, Exclusion; Extermination; Removal; Prevention; Teatments: One-time, Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly, or Annualy.

The size of your home and business spaces, property location, exposure, configuration and access to inside and outside spaces, landscaping, vegetation — all contribute to pest vunerabilities. We consider each customer's unique requests and needs to develop customized service plans priced accordingly. We have found there is no one-price-fits-all when it comes to effective pest control and customer satisfaction.

Are your treatments safe?

TRAIN STATION PEST LLC is committed to the safety of our customers and our environment. All Materials used by TRAIN STATION PEST LLC have been registered by the Environmental Protection Agency. Please avoid unnecessary contact with materials and comply with all instructions and recommendtions from our technicians.

If, after a treatment, you do suddenly feel very ill, or get a sting or bite that concerns you, please head to your closest Urgent Care / Emergency Room. The National Emergency Poison Control number is (800) 222-1222.

How often should I get pest control?

It depends on the pest type. We recommend Monthly treatments for continuing peace of mind and pest freedom especially for business spaces and homes with children or the elderly. Bi-monthly for consistency of treatments and walk-around inspection; Quarterly treatments offer general inspection to assess and address seasonal unwanted visitors or property issues.

Annual inspections, inside and out, are necessary for Termite prevention, especially if your property has not been treated or you do not have prevention measures in place. The advantage of recurring treatments is you receive regular product application plus continuous reviews of your property for emergent issues and vunerabilities thus keeping those pesky desert invaders out of sight.

What to expect after your first pest treatment?

The Initial first treatment around your home is what is called an 'initial flush out.' This special treatment attempts to gain control over existing pest populations. Then, your first Regular treatment should follow within 30-45 days of the initial treatment to help break up egg cycles. Insects are immune to treatments while in their egg shells and our products must be active to catch pests as they hatch.

Why do I see more insect activity after my first treatment?

Initially you may see a slight increase in pest activity as pest populations are disrupted. Within a few weeks you should see this activity drastically decline as our products take effect. Over time, these pest levels will continually decrease as regular services are performed.

Note: Regular Monthly or Bi-Monthly treatments are critical in maintaing protective barriers and preventing infestations from reoccurring. If you see more than the occassional pest around your home, please call (480) 316-5612 at any time for a complimentary retreat.

Do you have emergency 24/7 pest services?

We offer 24/7 pest control service to our current customers to discuss and tackle urgent needs. Call us at (480) 316-5612. If, however, you get a sting or bite that concerns you, or you feel suddently ill after a service, DO NOT call our office. CALL YOUR DOCTOR or GO TO THE CLOSEST URGENT CARE or HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM for evaluation.

What is IPM?

Key components of an IPM strategy: Prevent, Action, Monitor

Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is a science-based, sustainable decision-making process that uses information on pest biology, environmental data, and technology to manage pest damage in a way that minimmizes both economic costs and risk to people, property and the environment.

Why the cowboy language?

Well, 'cause it's a hoot! We reckon ya'll enjoy it, too.

Here at TRAIN STATION PEST ELIMINATION, we proudly tip our hats to the independent spirit of American farmers, ranchers and caretakers of our real, whole, minimally processed food supply. The cowboy language we use in our "Hot Off the Press" blog and "Pest Wrangler's Round Up" newsletter isn’t just for show—it’s our way of honoring the grit, determination, and heart of folks who work the land and stand tall, even when the big corporations try to edge 'em out. Their heroic efforts inspire us to stay local, stay strong, and serve our Phoenix neighbors with the same care and respect they bring to their work.

Why do you keep saying, "take 'em to the train station"?

We adobted the phrase as an homage or "shout out" to the TV show Yellowstone, "take em to the train station" which is a reference to the Train Station, a rural canyon area where the Duttons and others dispose of their enemies and secrets—in our case those pesky unwanted critters in home and business spaces in the greater Phoenix area of the Sonoran Desert.

More on Yellowstone's "train station"...
Location: The Train Station is a lawless area in Wyoming, past the Montana border, where there are no residents, law enforcement, or judge and jury.
Purpose: The Train Station is used to execute and dispose of enemies and those who know Yellowstone's secrets.
Real-life basis: The Train Station is based on the real-life "Zone of Death" in Yellowstone National Park, where it's technically legal to get away with murder due to a legal loophole.
